What are your prices?

What designs, colours and finishes are available?

We have an extensive range of beautiful colours and finishes available in our aluminium and aluminium composite decorative screens. Please refer to our Colours page to see our colour and finish swatches. We stock stunning vibrant colours to liven up a space, soft muted tones, neutrals and greys for timeless elegance.

Our range also includes gorgeous metal finishes in metallic, brush, mirror and embossed to really add the WOW factor to your interiors and exteriors. We also offer a powder coating option to ensure you can colour match to COLOURBOND Steel and other Dulux Powder Coated Colours. Can I get a different size?

Yes we do accommodate for different sizes. We offer standard sizing to make the process simpler for our customers, we actually find these are the common sizes are clients are looking for. If you are looking for a different shape or size dimension please contact us so we can offer a quote based on your requirements.

I have questions about delivery

Do you deliver to my address? If I prefer can I pick my order up?

Yes we certainly do offer delivery, we send our products via courier Australia wide. We need to deliver to a physical address not a post office box. You will need to advise us of any special requirements where to leave your order if you are not home when the courier arrives, alternatively they will attempt to deliver at another time.

We offer FREE DELIVERY to residents on the Sunshine Coast, this offer is valid from Noosa to Caloundra and as far west as the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

You are welcome to pick your goods up if you are on the Sunshine Coast. Please contact us for the address.

How much does delivery cost?

Every order is different depending on the size and the amount of products ordered and the location that it is being shipped to. We recommend you send us a request for quote to ensure we can provide you with a delivery fee amount.

What happens if my order is damaged when it arrives?

Elysium takes great care to ensure your order is carefully packaged for delivery and we choose couriers who take due care with our customers orders. In the unfortunate circumstance that your goods arrive damaged our advice is to not accept it from the transport company. Please ring us immediately on 1300 335 688. If you have already accepted your goods and then realised the damage, we still recommend you contact us immediately as we only have 24hrs to make a claim on your behalf.

How long does my order take to be delivered?

Please allow 7-10 days lead time for Elysium to manufacture your design. Your goods will be sent on the next courier run. Delivery will be dependent on your location. For goods going to metropolitan Brisbane it could be the next day but for orders going as far as Perth, it may take 7 to 10 days. Local orders will be delivered by negotiation as to a suitable time etc. Please contact us to enable us to help you further.

Do you have an Elysium Warranty?

We believe in our screens, our superior materials and the quality of our workmanship, therefore our screens, fencing and gates are covered for up to 7 years warranty. You can buy with peace of mind knowing you are purchasing one of the best products on the market.

I’d like to install my screens, how do I go about it?

Here at Elysium we love to help make everything easy for our customers. We are able to pre-drill holes according to your requirements. We also have various fixings, stand offs, cable hanging systems and frames available. You are welcome to read more about how to install your screens by visiting our Installation Page. What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms require 50% deposit before commencement, that is to finalise the costs of design and ordering materials. Once we receive that payment we proceed to manufacture your order. The final 50% is due when the order has been made. The final balance is due prior to any order being dispatched or picked up. We offer Eftpos, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal or direct deposit.

How do I care for my screens?

Recommended Cleaning Guide

Over time decorative screens will accumulate dust, grime and atmospheric pollutants. To keep finishes looking stunning, routine cleaning is recommended. Care should be taken to avoid chemicals or harsh abrasive cleaners, scourers and brushes. We recommend following the instructions below. Cleaning Frequency

Rural/Suburban Environments – Every 6 months
Coastal/ Pool/Industrial Environments – Every 3 months
Extreme Climates/Conditions – Every month

Aluminium Composite Screens

Routine cleaning is recommended
Wash with water and mild detergent then follow with a clean water rinse
Dry off with a chamois or soft cloth
Do not clean sun-heated surfaces (above 40°C) to avoid rapid drying which may lead to stain formation.

Aluminium Powder Coated Screens

Routine cleaning is recommended – early morning is best
Wash with water and mild detergent, rinse with clean water
Dry off with a chamois or soft cloth
Never use an abrasive cleaning agent – it will damage surface
Turtle Wax ‘Ice Polish’ or RE-PO ‘Cream Polish’ can be used as per manufacturers instructions
Avoid other products or variations.
